St. Baldrick’s

Since 2007, our annual Cancer Fundraiser has been a heartwarming display of
solidarity and support for the St. Baldrick's Foundation in the fight against
childhood cancer. Building on the remarkable success of past fundraisers, we
eagerly anticipate the annual head-shaving extravaganza at The Shillelagh Club.
Having surpassed an incredible $1.25 million milestone in donations during the
2023 event, we are more determined than ever to continue our efforts to
eradicate all Childhood Cancers.

With childhood cancer remaining a leading cause of death among children in the
United States, the significance of initiatives like St. Baldrick's cannot be
overstated. With only a fraction of federal cancer research funding allocated to
pediatric cancer research, the foundation's grants play a pivotal role in advancing
the battle against this devastating disease.

Our annual event is a day filled with camaraderie, entertainment, and generosity.
Attendees can look forward to a diverse lineup of activities, including live music
performances, face painting, bagpipers, Irish Step Dancers and an array of
delicious food and beverages. Additionally, a raffle and silent auction will offer
opportunities for further fundraising, with local businesses encouraged to
contribute products, services, and financial support.

The call to action extends to all members of the community: become a shavee,
volunteer, or make a donation to support the noble cause. By joining forces with
the St. Baldrick's Foundation, The Shillelagh Club and our immediate and
extended community have the power to make a meaningful difference in the lives
